Will my personal and credit card information be secure online?
Absolute! When you order from Design Wizards and More all your information is safe. This website is secured using a Rapid SSL Digital Certificate. This ensures that all information you send to us via the world wide web will be encrypted. If any other INTERNET user intercepts the communication he/she will only be able to see it in an encrypted (garbled) form. Certificate technology allows us to decrypt the information, and view it in plain text form.
What if I do not want to input my credit card number through the internet to place an order?
Our ordering system utilizes state-of -the-art data encryption to ensure that your personal information will never be viewed by any unauthorized individuals. Although we encourage you to place your order online, you may also print the order form and send the form to Design Wizards and More P.O. Box 181341 Dallas, Texas 75218.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover along with Check and Money Orders. Please note that the check and money order must be mail to Design Wizards and More P.O. Box 181341 Dallas, Texas 75218.
When will my credit card be charged?
Design Wizards and More, will charge your credit card the same day your order is fulled. Unless it's an order for future delivery.
Can my order be changed or cancelled once it has been placed?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we would be more than happy to make any changes or cancel the order. Changes CAN NOT BE MADE THE DAY OF SHIPPING. If you decide to cancel your order, your credit card will be credited within 5 - 7 business days. For inquiries regarding changes or cancellation, we suggest sending an email to sales@designwizardsandmore.com.
Can I send a personalized message with my gift order?
Yes you can! Remember to include your message in the space provided on our order form so that your gift arrives with your personalized gift card. Please note that all personalized message can only be a maximum of 100 characters.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Once your order has been validated you will receive an email that includes your individual order confirmation number. Your tracking number will follow closer to the actual date of shipping, usually the evening the package is shipped. Please note some of our customers have told us that they never received their tracking number. We believe that they may be going to the junk/bulk mail folder. If you do not receive a tracking number from us within 2 days of your order, you can email us at customerservices@designwizardsandmore.com and we will provide it for you.
How long will the gourmet food in my gift basket stay fresh?
The items packaged inside are best if consumed within 6 - 9 months.
Will my chocolate/candy gift products melt?
Due to the delicate and perishable nature of chocolate and candy, some of our gift baskets and gift arrangements can only be shipped during the cooler months. For gift baskets or gift arrangements that include smaller amounts of chocolate or candy, we will replace them with other items of equal or greater value or will adjust our pricing accordingly.
For baskets or arrangements that contain mostly chocolate or candy, if your destination city is greater than 70 degrees, to avoid melting, make sure you choose 2nd or next day delivery but if you our a local customer please email us for info. Design Wizards and More can not be responsible for chocolate or candy gift baskets or arrangements from melting if you do not choose faster delivery services.
Can you tell me what items are currently out of stock?
When an item is no longer available for any reason, it is moved to our Out of Stock Section. Once it becomes available again, it will be moved back to its original category. WE decided to do this in order to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.
Do you charge sales tax?
There will be a 8.25% tax charge on all orders shipped to Texas.

How long will it take for my gift item to ship?
Any order placed before 1:00 pm CST on a business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) we ship the same day 99.9% of the time. No delivery date is guaranteed unless next day or 2nd day shipment method is chosen. Orders received after that time and on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day.
At hough we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees as large orders, seasonal peaks, sever weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping. What if I give the incorrect mailing address?
An address correction fee of $25.00 will be charged to offset the cost of correcting and rerouting a product shipment with an incorrect address to its intended destination. This fee will be charged whenever an incorrect street address is entered for an order such as an apartment/suite number that is missing or incorrect,postal code that is missing or incorrect or any other discrepancy from the address of record shown the us postal records or in the records of the shipping carrier.

Can my order be hand delivered the same day?
Design Wizards and More hand delivers most gifts in the DFW area. Residential deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Residential deliveries made when no one is available to receive the package will be lift at a secure location or left with a neighbor.
Commercial deliveries will be made Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Our courier service guarantees delivery by the close of the business day, but is not able to guarantee a specific time. Packages outside of our hand delivery are shipped via ups ground. If you prefer to use another carrier, please contact us at sales@designwizardsandmore.com. Ups ground deliveries can take up to 5 days, depending upon the final destination (even a bit longer during the holidays) Please note that local delivery require a hand delivery charge for more info please email us sales@designwizardsandmore.com
We require approval of additional charges prior to shipping by our customers.
What days do you not offer delivery?
You can order online 24/7 - 365 days a year. We would love to be able to ship your gifts on the day you place your order but we are subject to ups and postal holidays. Do you deliver to hospitals and funeral homes?
Yes. For hospital delivery, please include the recipient's room number and ensure that the recipient is not scheduled for discharge within the window of delivery. For patients in critical care, receipt of floral arrangements and fruit baskets may not be allowed - telephone the hospital before ordering to inquire about their policies. When ordering balloons going to a hospital, please note that latex balloons are undeliverable. In the event that you purchase a latex balloon arrangement, we may fill the order to value with mylar balloons. When ordering funeral flowers, please include the names of the deceased and the funeral home to prevent any confusion during delivery.
My order wasn't delivered on time I would like a refund. How should I proceed?

But please be aware that shipping delays may be experienced due to severe weather conditions. These situations are considered to be out of our control and are not eligible for refunds of shipping charges, i.e. hurricanes, tornadoes, sever snow or rain storms, flooding, etc.
